OK Media staff have been producing data and audio-based media for over 50 years. Our experienced and highly motivated teams are well trained in this field.

Our staff know how important the products we manufacture are to you and your client. We know your company, you are not just a catalogue number to us. We identify with you and your needs. We are customer focussed and enjoy seeing „your“ products brought to market and displayed in a shop knowing we’ve played a vital part in getting in them there.

Our staff are therefore also extremely flexible when changes become necessary at short notice even when production has already started. A new label, a new master or a different component needs to be added? We are aware these things happen and react accordingly.

The independent „quality assurance“ department inspects your title at every step of the production process. This allows us to make sure that the end-result is exactly as you want it, even if last minute changes are made.

Our quality assurance includes spot checks, which are conducted with mathematical precision, special inspections, proofing deadlines for printing, audits of suppliers and monthly quality reports. In this way, we can deliver up to 250 jobs a day to the absolute satisfaction of our clients.

BUT: even brand-new cars sometimes break down for no apparent reason, cities experience power cuts, a computer crashes. There is always the possiblity of something unexpected happening and of course we are not immune to this either. A machine is defective or a traffic jam on the motorway delays the delivery of your product. When things go wrong we promise we will go out of our way to get things moving back on track!
